The seeds of ASSYA, the brainchild of Tessa Grazzini, were planted in 2004. Armed with a natural eye for design and a passion for stones and colours, Tessa set about establishing
her own distinctive style and vision of the brand. “I wanted to create beautiful jewellery for stylish women of the world by taking unusual semi-precious stones and converting them into high quality, fashionable affordable accessories. The objective of my creations is to adorn women and make them happy! “An
Italian, from Florence, having lived in America and South America, and having travelled extensively, Tessa has been inspired by art, landscapes and people encountered on her
journeys. Her passion for art brought her to work at Sotheby’s while studying at the Chelsea College of Art & Design. Attracted by colours in fashion, she then joined Estée Lauder
where she launched the new colour ranges for the UK. After completing jewellery courses at Central St Martin’s and having discovered unique gemstones around the world, Tessa created ASSYA. A year later, her sister, Ninfa, joined the brand, and together they have developed the label to offer fabulous collections and bespoke pieces, instantly recognised for their timeless appeal, understated femininity and chic glamour!
ASSYA designs are true works of art that combine excellence in the working of 18 carat gold vermeil or silver and unusual semi-precious stones. Tessa and her team also create an array of one off pieces and bespoke pieces as well as a stunning range of 18ct gold and diamond fine jewellery. Luxury, elegance and glamour melt together with design for pieces that are refined and unique.
Dressed up or dressed down, an Assya creation is as much a work of art as an accessory and is always guaranteed to make an impact.
Not surprisingly ASSYA's fashionable jewellery has already been spotted by celebrities such as, Elle McPherson, Geri Halliwell, Jodie Kidd, Kelly Brooke, Elizabeth Hurley and Cat Deeley and has attracted a loyal and ever-growing customer following.

ASSYA’s In House Gemologist:
Federica della Rocca has graduated in Art History and was later awarded a bursary to achieve a Masters Degree from Bocconi
School of Management. She has an extensive experience in the art world and after many years spent working for Sotheby's and major contemporary art Galleries in London, she decided to concentrate on her passion and took a year off to graduate as a Gemologist. She has joined ASSYA where she can now apply her multi-faceted knowledge in this exciting, creative and successful young brand.
